Missouri River
The MO is your best bet in Montana...The MO continues to fish very very well. Psuedos (size 20 mayflies) have replaces the caddis, but the trout are still eating hoppers and ants. Nymphing small bead heads such as lightning bugs and midge larva produces many numbers. Don't forget to throw a crayfish pattern, because big trout love river lobsters.
