Yellowstone River

                                                                                                           The Yellowstone

I have fished the stone the past few days and it has been good.  Throwing streamers from the boat, and working risers when you find them.  With the low water flows there seems to be more big eddies and foam where the trout are stacked up and eating midges.  If you find one rising trout, there will be more, watch closely.  Black and olive streamers fished slowly have been our best option from the boat. Buzzball's and Griffith's gnat are fooling the trout on the top.
