Why fly fish for trout in the Bozeman, Montana area?

Friday, January 19, 2018

More water than you could fish in a summer! Bozeman is located within 30 miles of three "Blue Ribbon Streams": the Madison, Gallatin and Yellowstone Rivers.

Out our back door we have these three great rivers plus numerous "less known streams that are just as good." Depending on what your preferences are we can put together a package that can satisfy anyone's appetite for fly fishing for our native wild trout.

The Yellowstone River boasts over 100 miles of wild trout water that we guide. The Madison has 75 miles of river. The Gallatin has 40 miles of water we can guide. Throw in all the small streams with the Missouri River and you are talking 500+ miles of wild trout streams we guide. That seems like a lot to cover but we have been doing this for decades, and the guides we have on staff are all seasoned pros. My job is to listen to your wants and needs and match you up with one of our A-list guides who matches your expectations. Give me a call (866-456-6889) to discuss what we can provide to make your trip unforgettable.
