A: Most full-day trips are float trips, offering more fishing time, variety, and easier casting. Wading trips are available by request.

A: Bozeman has 25+ hotels and many rental homes. We partner with select hotels at various price points and can assist with arrangements.

A: We guide on 300+ miles of Montana’s blue-ribbon rivers, including the Madison, Yellowstone, Gallatin, Beaverhead, and Missouri.

A: Year-round, but peak season is July–September. Spring and fall offer quieter conditions and strong hatches.

A: 16’ Mackenzie-style drift boats for most rivers, and rafts for smaller or restricted waters.

A: We provide all essentials, but you may bring a 9’ 5–6 wt rod, layers, and personal items.

A: Float trips hold two anglers + guide. Larger groups use multiple boats where someone can have some one on one coaching with a guide. 

A: Full refund minus a 15% fee, with 45+ days’ notice. Within 45 days, deposits are forfeited unless rebooked.  Cancellations <48 hours are charged in full. Unsafe or closed conditions = full refund. Written notice required

Large Group Booking Policy 12 or more anglers.

For large groups requiring multiple guides and boats, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve dates and begin coordinating guides, boats, and trip logistics.

That deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the first scheduled trip date. In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip, any refund issued by credit card or check will be less a 15% administrative and processing fee to offset unrecoverable transaction costs and reservation planning time.

Within 90 days of the first scheduled trip date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to the first scheduled trip date.

Within 45 days of the trip, all payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellation of the entire group, as well as any reduction in group size.

Final headcount must be confirmed no later than 45 days prior to the first scheduled trip date. Any decrease in the number of anglers after that date will not reduce the total amount due.

We appreciate your understanding, as large group trips require significant advance planning and the commitment of guides, boats, and high-demand dates.

A: Yes — all full-day trips include a fresh deli lunch and beverages. Let us know about dietary restrictions in advance.
