Cancellation Policy

1. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your dates at time of booking. Payment in full is expected upon completion of the trip.

2. Deposits for cancelled guide trips will be refunded in full with 45 days or more notice minus the processing fees.

3. Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit. However, if we are able to rebook your guide, the deposit will either be refunded or applied toward a future trip.

4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip will be charged the full trip amount.

Notes

A. Our trips operate in all safe weather and water conditions. Please note that inclement weather, fluctuating water levels, or less-than-ideal fishing conditions are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

B. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either by email or mail. The date the written notice is received electronically or postmarked will be considered the official cancellation date.

C. If a trip is cancelled by the guide, or by mutual decision due to unsafe conditions, government closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances, the entire deposit will be refunded in full.

Large Group Booking Policy 12+ Anglers

For large groups requiring multiple guides and boats, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve dates and begin coordinating guides, boats, and trip logistics.

That deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the first scheduled trip date. In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip, any refund issued by credit card or check will be less a 15% administrative and processing fee to offset unrecoverable transaction costs and reservation planning time.

Within 90 days of the first scheduled trip date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to the first scheduled trip date.

Within 45 days of the trip, all payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellation of the entire group, as well as any reduction in group size.

Final headcount must be confirmed no later than 45 days prior to the first scheduled trip date. Any decrease in the number of anglers after that date will not reduce the total amount due.

We appreciate your understanding, as large group trips require significant advance planning and the commitment of guides, boats, and high-demand dates.

Meeting location

Transportation is provided to and from the river in the Bozeman area. We will reach out ahead of your trip to plan an exact meeting location.

Additional Info

If you have any dietary needs or issues wading, it is important to let us know. Many of our clients have food allergies, are gluten free, vegetarian, recently had a procedure done or need one. Letting us know any special information will help us make sure your trip goes smoothly.
